DEALBREAKER: okay, what the heck, this is just a twitter thing.  Nothing happening between us.  I followed her on twitter.  Used to.  Then this happened.  I’m sure you’re pretty cool otherwise, but really?

I saw the trailer, and that’s all I needed to know.  In fact, I feel like I contracted VD just by bringing the guy’s name up on my blog.  You know what lowers the bar for dudes further than a rapey dudebro book?  A poor movie conversion of a rapey dudebro book.

I’m just happy the dude is making a last ditch effort to cash-in on fratire even though the trend/culture/whatever has gotten as stale as beer on a chapter house floor.

Or maybe I’m getting older and I don’t seem to appreciate the practices of binge-drinking, crass behavior or general ineptitude. As I go on, I’ve come to learn it’s possible to enjoy conversing with others and not just boasting about my enjoyment. Maybe those days are well past me, maybe they’re past all of us. Maybe we all had to give up being children and get jobs. Well, those of us that don’t live off our parents’ fortunes.
